1. You touch the face

You can not keep hands off yourself. People touch their faces an average of nearly four times per hour. Why is that a problem? Because your desk is a haven of so many bacteria than the office desk.

"Just rub or touch your face can cause a condition called acne mechanical," says dermatologist Dr. Whitney Bowe, as reported by Fox News website on Thursday (9/4).

"Friction against your pores can cause blockage to facilitate growth of acne," said Dr. Bowe further.

2. You are too old to sit in a chair

Many studies show that sitting too long is harmful to health. In addition to increasing the risk of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, stroke and death, sitting too long also increase the risk of physical disability of about 50 percent.
3. You check up several times.

Habit of socializing on Facebook affect your relationship with your partner. It will result in your relationship with the couple deteriorated due to jealousy factor.

4.Ngemil

Researchers in Liverpool found that people who are too often snacking will consume more calories.

5. Rubbing the eye

Rubbing the eye has been associated with a disease known as keratoconus. Namely, a degenerative disorder of the eye in which structural changes in the eye causing thinning of the cornea. Change can be a conical lead to blindness and can not be treated with LASIK or glasses.
