Drinking Wine Every Day Able to Improve Memory

Aside from being a lifestyle, wine or wine has many health benefits. Wine can maintain a healthy liver and heart as well as strengthen the immune system. Drinking wine can make you become more relaxed mind.


In addition, the wine can also help maintain memory in life. The results showed that people aged over 60 years who regularly drink wine better in remembering events.


Scientists also believe that eating moderate amounts of alcohol can increase the release of chemicals involved with cognitive or information processing.


"There is no significant difference in cognitive function and brain volume middle-aged brain regions that regularly consume wine or alcohol," said researcher Dr. Brian Downer, as reported by the Daily Mail website on Wednesday (8/4).


"This is probably due to the fact that adults who continue to consume alcohol to a healthier old age. Therefore they have a higher cognitive function and brain volume than those who rarely consume alcohol," Downer said further.


Five years ago, another US study also found that older people who drink moderate amounts of alcohol may have a lower risk of dementia
