Perfect way Brushing

Maintaining oral hygiene is the first step and it is important to keep a healthy body as a whole. However, that ignores the fact that many consider trivial and routine brushing teeth.

As long as they've been brushing my teeth every day, was sufficient. In fact, the wrong way in brushing will make the plaque, food waste and bacteria remain lodged in the mouth and teeth.

Here's how to brush teeth correctly:

1. Always use a soft bristle brush. Hard bristle brush or medium can cause the dentin layer of the tooth enamel thins so open and sensitive teeth.

2. Clean your teeth every morning after breakfast and at night before bed. Do it every day.

3.Ganti toothbrush every three months. After three months of usage, and bristle brush head will usually be less than the maximum change its structure so as to clean the teeth.

4. Do not ignore the importance of flossing. The rest of the food or plaque lodged in between the teeth can not be removed by using a toothbrush alone.

5. Not only the teeth, tongue cleaning is equally important. The tongue is a breeding place plaque, fungi and bacteria that cause bad breath odor. So when brushing your teeth, brush is also part of the tongue with a special cleaning
