Here Danger Too Much Sleep

Solid activity makes a lot of people must undergo sufficient rest to recover physical condition. Sleep is the most efficacious break to maintain health.
The problem is, many do not understand related quality of sleep. Many consider sleep for eight hours is enough. In fact, too much sleep is also not good.
"Good sleep time is seven hours. However, sleep eight hours consistently proved to be dangerous," said a professor at Arizona State University in Phoenix who studies sleep duration, as reported by Shawn Youngstedt page Daily Mail, Thursday (9/4).
Studies conducted at nine thousand people aged 50-64 years to prove it. Those who sleep less than six hours have decreased ability of decision making. The same thing happens in people who sleep more than eight hours.
Recent research published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine adds to the argument that we may not need as much sleep as they think. Scientists at Duke University in North Carolina also found that women who sleep less often suffer from depression and irritability
